David Xu
Vice President
David Xu joined American Securities in 2014 and is a Vice President in the Resources Group Asia Strategy team based in firm’s Shanghai office. Prior to American Securities, was with PwC Consulting’s China Strategy team as an Associate Director, where he worked with multi-national and Chinese clients to help develop and improve their China businesses. He provided transaction support such as diligence, M&A negotiation; and helped develop their strategies on market entries and turnarounds. Before that, he was with L.E.K. Consulting in Shanghai as a consultant and manager.
