South Korea Overview
Hines established its platform in South Korea in 2013. Since that time, Hines Korea has provided investment advisory services to professional investors by its FSC (Financial Services Commission) registered subsidiary Hines Korea Advisors Co. Ltd.

In 2021, recognizing significant growth opportunities in the 9th largest economy in the world, Hines grew its presence in South Korea with the opening of a regional investment and development office. The Seoul-based team is expanding our presence and focus in the global gateway city. One state-of-the-art logistics development is underway and numerous other projects are under consideration.
