Brazil’s MMX said the company’s iron ore exports totaled 4.2 million tonnes in the Q1 plunging by 96% YoY.
The company’s sales in the domestic market totaled 1.12 million tonnes compared to 391,000 tonnes during the same time of last year.
In March, MMX’ s iron ore exports reached 42,000 tonnes, dropping by 88% from 353,000 tonnes from the corresponding month a year ago. Among them, the company’s domestic shipments totaled 391,000 tonnes.
