The Futuregrowth Agri-Fund is part of Futuregrowth's suite of socially responsible investments.

The Fund seeks long-term returns and tangible social and development impact. Its objective is to achieve:
- Land reform (target 50%)
- Commercial agricultural farmland development (target 50%)
It will invest mainly in equity investments in agricultural land, agri-businesses and farming infrastructure.
The Fund provides institutional investors with a unique opportunity to participate in the agricultural sector. Investors benefit from stable, long-term, non market linked returns, access to a pool of assets not generally available to institutional investors and an opportunity to participate in long-term development and reform within the agricultural sector.

The Fund is provided in partnership with United Farmers Fund Management.

This is a unique offering which incorporates a proven investment model to address sustainable land reform, a concept that has to date had little success in terms of implementation in Africa.
