Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy, has opened its newest office in Seoul, South Korea as part of its continuing Asia Pacific growth strategy.
The office provides Commercial property advice across four divisions: transactions, professional services, property management and research.
The 16 strong team led by Zed Kim, chief operating officer, has operated together as G&E Advisors for the last five years. Key clients include: Korea Venture Industry Association, Oracle Korea, Korea Foreign Company Association, Korea Asset Management Corporation as well as acting on behalf of corporate clients including: HSBC, Toyota, Nike, Universal Records, Oracle, Nestle Korea, Pfizer and Hyundai.
Clive Betts, managing director – Asia Pacific, who is based in its Singapore office and focused on the Company’s regional growth strategy said: “South Korean real estate’s value is high due to a high population density and a high demand. Seoul is an attractive business city for global investors and tenants. The expansion of our office network is an important addition to our global network, which will be to our clients’ benefit. We have a strong team in place which has an excellent track record.”
The Seoul office is the latest addition to a growing list of established Knight Frank locations across the Asia Pacific region that already includes: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and most recently Vietnam.
